Members aren't chosen for simply asking to be a moderator/administrator. If Kathy feels that you're qualified, contributed to the site, and believes that Webkinz Central needs another staff member, she'll make you a staff member. However, right now, we don't need a lot of staff.
Also, members are the most important people on the site, because members are the people that keep the site running and motivate the staff to do a good job. Members are important, even more important than staff. Staff just have fancy titles and can do a couple different things. Members keep the site alive.
As the site grows, Kathy will appoint staff to Webkinz Central...
